Transparency & Fairness in Our Processes

Ashvapath Academy is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education while maintaining transparency and fairness in all administrative and financial matters.

All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to the office. The request should clearly mention the student’s name, admission number, and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable and approved, will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

Events Beyond Our Control

Ashvapath Academy shall not be held liable for refunds, compensations, or claims arising from events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or force majeure events that impact normal operations.
